Made using a proportion of peat malt from the Highland Park Distillery.
Aged in their renowned sherry seasoned whisky casks delivering classic heather honey flavours.
Uses/Pairings:  Quail, Pork Cheek, Stewed Pears, Cooking Chorizo, Monkfish, Beef Tataki, Old Dog Shandy Cocktail, Roast Chicken, Pheasant and Pork Belly.
