Honey and Meadowsweet Vinegar from Orkney Craft Vinegars is brewed using large quantities of blossom honey to make mead.  Infused with meadow sweet flavours then fermented a second time into vinegar.  The result has the perfect balance of acidity and a slight sweetness and florals.
Fried Halloumi, New Season Lamb, Asparagus, Globe Artichoke, Salmon, Trout, Rabbit, Summer Hollandaise, Cherries and Cucumber.
