Tete de Moine with Girole Machine £65 This famous Swiss Cheese that gets grated into beautiful Cheese rosettes with this Girole Machine.

Tete de Moine (meaning 'Head of Monk') is an Alpine raw cow's milk cheese. Weight 920g.  The paste is firm and smooth with a full nutty flavour similar to Gruyere.  Comes with the Girole Machine which shaves the cheese in to beautiful rosettes.
