We want our customers to be happy with the products we offer, but in the unlikely event something goes wrong, we will do everything possible to put things right.
In the event your parcel arrives at your delivery location in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately on 01557 332470 or at email@example.com so that we can arrange a replacement for you. In order to be able to send a replacement and refund you, we will require a photograph of the damaged item.
If the goods you receive are defective or different from those you ordered, you will be entitled to either replacement goods or a full refund. If you no longer require your order and wish to return the goods sent, you must contact us immediately on 01557 332470 or at email@example.com to inform us. Goods will be returned at your own risk and cost and, once received by us in a satisfactory condition, we will refund the original invoice including the original carriage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where the food packaging has been opened. All goods must be returned unused, in their original state and in the original packaging to Brambles Deli, 48A St Mary Street, Kirkcudbright, DG6 4DN. Returns should include a copy of your original invoice with your name and address clearly shown and a short explanatory note with reasons for the return.
